I don’t think of myself as a blogger, never mind as a writer, but here I am writing a blog post. So I suppose that like the statement: “If you run, you are a runner”, I must be a blogger. Welcome to the Fitter Faster 5 to 10 blog.
The intention here is to include Fitter Faster 5 to 10 news, race reports, research, nutrition and exercise information, alternatives to the ‘traditional’ way of thinking and doing things and my occasional rants and rambles. Let’s see how it evolves.
