The half marathon coaching program is a challenging, 12-week, self-paced coaching program promising to change the way you feel yourself forever after.

The 10K coaching program is for you if …

  • You can run 10k in around 70 minutes (If you are running 10K in more than 75 minutes, you should consider the 10K training program)
  • You are ready to commit to intensive training
  • You have at least 12 weeks before your goal race
