When you sign up for the Fitter Faster 5 to 10 Winter Challenge, you will receive:
A 9-week training plan based on your goal to run either a 10km or 21km race once the challenge is over. This could be a new distance for you, or your aim to race a personal best.
Peer support and accountability has been shown to be vital in the achievement of goals. To this end, the ladies who take up the challenge will stay connected in a private Facebook group where we will encourage, motivate and inspire each other as well as share tips, tricks and ideas and have training questions answered. And, we encourage you to meet –up, train and race together!
And, because there is more to a good life than just running, we aim to take care of our overall health with the introduction of Healthy Habits and a Fitness Challenge or two.
BONUS #1 – If you are based in the Sandton area you can sign-up to join the group run taking place in Bryanston and Rivonia area in the evening and morning respectively. (dates, times and venues will be confirmed on registration)
BONUS #2 - If you are in Johannesburg you can sign-up to join the group race midway through the Winter Challenge. (details will be confirmed on registration)
